Straining of the eyes can cause sleeping issues, I've been going through hat myself. And yeah sometimes it does take a few cups to get the job done. If you try Melatonin make sure to only get the 3mg ones and only take one. You also don't want to take it very often because if you do your body will slowly stop producing it naturally and then you'll have to rely on it to get to sleep. I wouldn't go to a higher mg either unless your Doctor recommends it.
