A standard universal design makes the Belitchze (Bell-each) muzzle immediately recognizable apart from the other muzzles out there. Featuring unprecedented levels of security and comfort, one could wear the muzzle nearly constantly with no irritation. A Key-less sytem for keeping the muzzle in place means there is nothing to lose, making it the premier go-to muzzle for simplicity.
1. Thick 4mm Molded leather muzzle cap. A single piece of thick leather that wraps from the muzzle bridge down to the throat is the key component of the security. Each piece is cut and hammered into shape for superior fit and comfort with unsurpassed strength and security.
2. Rolled Suede edges. All around the perimeter of the muzzle are padded and rolled suede leather so that the harsher edges of the muzzle don't cut into flesh or fur.
3. Elastic cushion zone. This zone provides flexibility for a superior grip around the lips and contours of the patient. It stretches slightly when applied and then pulls the rear section of the muzzle closed when fully seated. The core threads are a woven Bi-metallic metal, when reacting to body heat, the elastic will become rigid in it's position, contracting slightly.
4. Breathing slits. An oval design re-inforced with metal threads under the airways to force them open means air every breath. The metal frame is hidden under suede leather and serves a secondary purpose, which will be explained in number 7.
5. Brass rivets. These rivets hold the muzzle strap and are anchor points for the rear strap as well. They are easily replaced and sunken into the leather of the muzzle so as to stay out of the way.
6. Size and Species. Labeled on both sides of the muzzle are small cloth rectangles with a Species and size labeled on them. There are universal muzzles to cover some of the odder species, but a size range for canines, equines, felines and several universal muzzles should keep the biting to a minimum.
The color of the ga indicates the Muzzle's priority level. A blue is a heavy muzzle and a white is a light muzzle.
7. Head strap. The headstrap is made from a woven material so dense that it would require a mechanical device to cut through. It's makeup is akin to a soft demin and a ballistic fibre blended together. Running inside the head strap are two pieces of woven Bi-metallic chords. These chords can be stretched over any head and quickly contract to tighten the muzzle when body heat interacts with these metal threads. This draws the strap tight against the head, making muzzle removal impossible unless you know the release procedure. The thin wires are attached to the brass rivets on both sides, drawing the rear to the head and pulling the muzzle down over the muzzle of the patient.
Release Procedure:
The central muzzle couple for the headstrap (rear of the headstrap) has twin holes on it's cover. A finger placed over the correct hole closes off a small system of tubes that run around the bi-metallic lines in the headstrap and hook up to the nose holes to the metal aperture that keeps them open. Once the hole is covered, a quick breath in uses the Bernoulli effect, drawing in air from the rear hole, dropping the pressure and temperature inside the tubes in the headstrap. This causes the bi-metallic threads to 'release' and the headstrap to loosen to be removed.
8. Interior. The interior of the muzzle has a rubber muzzle inside made of several air bladders with connecting portions between them. This system is 3mm thick and hidden underneath a soft suede liner. The muzzle is placed over the patient and the air bladders compress and push against all part of the snout equally. The bladders are non-servicable and are to be replaced as needed.
The light muzzles (White tag) lack the air bladders and simply have a suede lined interior.
The Belitchze Muzzle adds roughly 7mm to the overall shape of the patient's muzzle, a bit more than normal muzzles, however the protection for the patient and others is greatly improved with this design. It's weight compares to an aluminum muzzle of the same security. Weighing in at roughly 1.2lbs, it has a bit of weight to it, the light muzzles weigh only .5lbs in comparison.
The Muzzles are available on the open market, as other Medical Muzzles are as well. While there are no restrictions on who can buy them, they are packaged with instructions for use and emergency procedures, including a number that reads off the release procedure upon connecting to it.
By far it is the most used muzzle and reviewers have universally said: "MMMMF!" when wearing one. Unparalleled safety and comfort, trust the "MMMF!" seal of approval.

Yeah that's a nice looking muzzle.
Numbers 4 and 7 are a little confusing. There are tubes around the strap? You close a hole on the back of the strap to force air thru the strap to cool it and release the bimetallic element?
And internal exploded/cutaway diagram would be cool.
