"Glass" is a puzzling mutation that affects both purebred and hybrid backrunners, and causes their hoods to take on a semi-transparent, frosty appearance. While not inherently negative, the thinner skin is more prone to rips and tears than their normal brethren, especially among more aggressive individuals.

"Lollipop" (lesser dominant): A standard-coloured runner expressing a candy-like pink hood and tail segments. While it bears the signature fluffy neck of lesser runners, it has also inherited the membranous flared ribs of its greater parent.

"Ponyboy" (greater dominant): A double-whammy of recessive genes, this creature not only has a glass hood, but is also expressing golden colouration. What it lacks in sickle claws, it makes up for with its sweeping, sail-like neck.
