The boards are largely unpopulated (at least compared to how it was 5 years ago)
One of my sides actually recently got hacked and it takes support ages to get back to you. but I can't stop. I've played for about 15-16 years >w<

That's sad to hear but I suppose not too surprising that people have moved on to other avenues. I'd be up for checking it out again but I don't recall my login info and when I quit back then I got tired of it sending me emails so changed my settings so that I don't get emails from Neopets anymore (and that includes password recovery emails).
