Have you ever thought about just how perfect Concrete Blonde's song "Bloodletting" is to sing a la Elmer Fudd?
Also, do you have any idea how hard it is to listen to the "Lost Boys" soundtrack while on 880 southbound and *not* keep on going 'till you hit Santa Cruz?

Hey, "raving emo vampire" is a tautology. You've read Anne Rice, haven't you? Undeath is apparently several centuries worth of angst and dysfunctional relationship, at least if you're most vampires. If you're Lestat, undeath is "several centuries worth of teenage powertrip fantasy."
Naturally I've read Anne Rice! *giggles*
It's a shame she only "writes for god" these days...
I must say I've aways liked poofy raving emo vampires more than the old school Nosferatu monsters that look like they would fit better in Innsmouth than anywhere near 19th century Paris or London.

These days she writes biblical fiction - or so I've heard. While it might be sinful to write erotic stories about vampires, I think that from a certain theoretical point of view it might be even worse to use that same intuitive creativity to write about Moses and pals. I'm not Christian, but if I was, I would probably take my faith too seriously to read about the adventures of Jesus written by this popular author. Vampires are entertaining - kinda like popcorn and sex. Christ isn't.
