I learned my lesson, and no matter what kind of financial situation I am in I am NEVER working for that woman EVER again!

I figured that would happen when you said you were going back.
I just knew that you needed the money, but I worried about you so much going back.
You were so unhappy when you were there and when you left...you glowed.

I thought maybe she would be grateful to have someone that was good and actually KNEW what they were doing back. But, that wasn't the case and she still didn't respect me or my abilities. Now with me gone, she can't do designs that go above and beyond for people. She won't have anyone willing to adjust to her needs. She won't have someone to stay and work off the clock.

And that is fine with me.

It is her loss that she can't keep people because she treats them like absolute shit.

She tossed my two week notice in the garbage. I copied the note AND kept the one she threw away.

And I am calling corporate.

You should. Corporate should know what she is doing to people there.
They should know about the favoritism and the stuff that goes on to hard working employees.
I wouldn't have minded staying if I hadn't been threatened to be fired because her friend wanted to jump me apparently. Feeling ugly and horrible when I came in because I am apparently some racist twat that needs to wear 3 inches of makeup daily to look like I try/care.

Yeah. Trust me, I feel the same way.

Telling me that I should spend an hour applying makeup so that sales are better. When I look like a cake, customers are more willing to but an extra cookie because I am wearing 5 lbs of foundation and eyeliner.

That, if only I were to go to the gym I wouldn't be so disgusting and fat and that maybe my hatred of people would go away.

I am going to let the HR department know.

Also, Le'Anne got a job at the Boys and Girls Club a few days after my last day. She is leaving her 'best friend'.
