Moonstorm, Chief Engineer of Cloudsdale, escorts the Shadowbolts through the weather factory in Weather Or Not, the fourth episode of the series second season. In this image, Lauren is being shown part of Cloudsdale's control mechanism, used to 'spin up' a storm when weather needs to be released through the distribution system beneath the floating city.

"Weather Or Not" - On a visit to Cloudsdale to evaluate the security of the city's most sensitive areas, the Shadowbolts must deal with a surprise left behind by the enemy. Meanwhile, Doc Wagon and the rest of the crew travel to Sweet Apple Acres for a resupply.

Chronological Note: This story takes place shortly after "Tanks For The Memories".
