Tyrone Retrogamer (FWA 2016 Commission)
First of two commissions I got in Artist's Alley at FWA (read into that whatever you will--I was in there all three days) This is 
hullroon's character Tyrone enjoying some N64 retrogaming. I guess the most intricate part of this one was drawing the N64 controller in proper perspective. Next was properly fitting Tyrone's hands around it. But get it done I did, and here is the result, digitally cleaned up and slightly enhanced with a greyscale gradient behind him. I also evened out the pencil shading of his muzzle by using the clone tool.
Pencil on bristol digitally enhanced via Micrografx Picture Publisher. Two-layer image, 53MB before reduction and compression.
