The hoover craft the other fox is riding on is so awesome and cool looking. How long will it be before they become normal transportation?

What city is that in the background? and what year are they in?

I honestly couldn't tell you when it becomes the ride of the present =P The city is an unspecified location set in an unspecified year; but I would guess it is roughly set fifty to a seventy-five years from now.
