We just left my uncle home. Then a group of black panthers went in his home, I stopped for a second. Then I heard a roar my uncle he was being attacked I grabbed Neisa paw and said "Come on lets go now!" She followed me we got to the gate were the four big tigers were. They were sleeping. Neisa said "Mingko what is going on?" I turned my head to her and said "The city will be attack and my uncle says he had to stay he want us get as far away as possible." She stop I tugged on her paw again. This time I turned and saw she was crying I held her close to me and said " It is oaky we will be safe I promise you nothing bad will happen to you okay."
We walk for about three hours the sun was not up but the moon was going down. I said to Neisa "Hey let take a break okay." We stop and sat down she was quite, I could tell she was still very shook up about my uncle and what we saw. I grabbed two apples and tossed one to her. She caught it, and took a bit and some tears came down her face. I got up and sat next to her put my arm around her and comforted her she was very scared. She soon fell asleep I just watch as she slept she was beautiful. I was happy to have her with me. I soon fell a sleep my self.
I woke up looked around I did not see Neisa she was gone I walked around a little I called her name." Neisa, Neisa where are you! Neisa where did you go! Hey Neisa!" all a sudden I heard her "I am right here god!" she walk in to view she was behind an old Liki tree. "What were you doing?" I replied. "Well I was just hmmm it girl stuff okay." She answered back I saw her blushing now. "Oh hmmm well I me I am sorry I didn't mean to hmmmmm." She giggle at me and said "It's okay I understand I weird for both of us. She giggled again.
We started walking again we found some Tunko mushrooms on the way I picked some up and put them in my bag. I then said to Neisa "hmm can I ask you something" She looked at me and nodded. "Well you a snow leopard right how did you get to down here you where my uncle lived?" Well it a long story your uncle went to the mountains of Ginitoi. My family was a noble family they told him to take me and teach me everything he knows. At the time I was only 5yrs old. So over the years you uncle taught me so many things like reading and writing in five different languages and speaking ten more too. Hmm it was great learning form a tiger like him he was the best teacher I ever met."
I saw a look in her eyes of pride and happiness too. She then stopped talking I look ahead. It was a Dinto beast there were as big a large hut. It was eat some leave of a Bututo plant. I whispered to Neisa "let's go around it." She nodded us past it. It looked at us then went back to eating. I was so glad it did not attack us. It soon was getting dark we got some wood and I made a fire. Neisa then said something I was surprised to hear from her. "Thanks for getting me out of your uncle's home." She smile a semi harm hearted smile. "Well it was my uncle idea." I replied. We got some food out I cooked the mushrooms and soon we were eating. We told stories and laughed made some joke too. Soon the sky was lit up with all the stars. I pulled my mat and gave her one to we both soon fell asleep.
Moring came soon I woke up Neisa was packing the stuff up. I heard a twig snap. I turned towards the direction of the sound. I saw nothing and that was weird. We started to walk again we were heading towards the city of Singoto. I heard another twig snap. Neisa heard it to we both look behind us and saw a Vucklu beast. It was huge it teeth were all bloody from it past meal. It smells was very musky and full of anger. It roared at us and ran towards us. I yelled to Neisa "Run now run!!" It was catching up to us and I had to do something fast. I saw a cave it was big enough for us but too small for the Vucklu beast Neisa was faster than me I yelled to Neisa “In the cave now in the cave!!" She got in but the Vucklu beast rammed me I tumbled in the cave my head hit against the wall my vision was blurred. Neisa kept said “Mingko, Mingko you okay hey Mingko don’t leave me please.” Her voice faded and then I blacked out.
