Meet Falkus, the barbarian warrior wolf!
Centuries ago he battled the demon god Set who sought dominion over the world, his armies constantly expanding his empire. Impervious to everything but magic, even the most powerful wizards could not stop him. When all hope seemed lost, ten stars fell from the night sky and crashed to Earth. The fallen stars were Star Metal, metal forged in the heart of stars. Falkus dug up the fallen stars and forged weapons and tools from their ores, their magical properties deadly to Set’s armies.
But the blessing came with a price. In order to make the weapons stable, Falkus had to literally pour himself into his work, using part of his own soul into his creations to stabilize them. But finally, with the help of his fellow warriors, the tide of battle was turning. Thwarting the demon's plans with their weapons, the Star Metal opened a portal to The Abyss to banish Set to the hellish dimension. But at the last second, Set dealt Falkus a fatal blow, ripping his soul from his body and scattering the Star Metal items containing his soul were scattered across the world.
He sealed Set at the cost of his own life.
For centuries his spirit slept in his star metal sword until it fell into the hands of a certain wolf. Omega.
Quite a bit out of his own time, Falkus's spirit resided in Omega's body and occasionally took over in order to attain physical form. His memories of his previous life were incomplete, his purpose and who he was a complete mystery to him. All he had was his name and how to wield a sword. He felt lost and frustrated, and was desperate for answers
Omega confided his secret to his friend Bromok, and the orc created a separate body for the warrior to inhabit. Now Falkus seeks the remaining Star Metal items to recover his lost memories and fragments of soul, and to keep the powerful objects out of the wrong hands. With each he collects the Glyph on his back becomes more complete…
Back when I first started on FA my sona was a barbarian wolf based on Conan the Adventurer. Over time he became more like my actual self with added puppyishness. I decided to repurpose his original form as a separate character, building on his design and backstory. The full ref sheet was spread across two pages, so I’ll post the back view of him in scraps. Look out for more of him in the near future ;3
