Also, this was my first time drawing a taur! So...hopefully it all turned out well! I haven't drawn quadruped anatomy in a long time, which made this an excellent refresher.

Hmm...yeah, I'm not too surprised at that. The game's controls are pretty unusual, so I can see why it would be a big part of it. Hopefully they don't look at it from the perspective that "fewer people want a new Star Fox game" as opposed to "people still like Star Fox, we just need to approach it differently."

True. Other than that, in one of the articles there, it said of the end of the series because of this. Knowing Nintendo, they would never do something like that of killing off their franchises like that. I have yet to see an established IP from Nintendo to do that. Do you believe that we'll get a new Starfox game on the NX in the future? I don't see why not. I think it's likely to happen. After all, like Mario and Zelda, the Starfox series has its own and established fanbase. I see it likely to get a new one in the future especially on the NX.
Well, if I know the internet, it loves to blow things out of proportion. Look at Sonic. He's had a good number of bad games and he's still around in some form or another. Well, maybe he's not the best example. And I agree. I don't see Nintendo just giving up on an old franchise like that. I also doubt that they'll give up on Metroid. We'll see some different games regarding it coming out like Federation Force, but I see a classic style Metroid coming out again at some point.
Agreed and same will go for Starfox as well. Trust me, Starfox Zero is no Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric. One of the things that Nintendo needs to do for the next Starfox game is this. If they decide to bring motion controls back into the next game, they can do it, but make it as a option while giving players to play with traditional controls. Also importantly is to embrace online gameplay along with multiplayer for the next Starfox entry. But yeah, I believe that we'll get another one on the NX in the future just like Metroid. Besides, Kimishima(president of Nintendo) did say of bringing as many of their first party IPs on the NX like Mario, Zelda, Starfox, Metroid, Donkey Kong, etc. Agreed?
Nah, it's considerably better. Though, I never ran into any game breaking bugs or glitches in Rise of Lyric. I thought it was alright, but it really could've been so much better. No doubt. That would be a good option. But I have no idea if the NX even has motion controls. If that's not a primary element of the system, I could see them not using it. I don't think I've ever done any multiplayer Star Fox, so that would be nice too. I like the Wii U, but it was a bit lacking in big name games except for Smash Bros.
Well, I try to bring a bit more philosophy into my conversations these days. And it's all well and good that we agree on things, but it doesn't really do anything by itself. Multiple people consenting on a particular idea doesn't make it more true or better. Because the idea itself is the important thing. If the idea is flawed, but people agree on it, then it's still a flawed idea.
