A lot of people know Sir Gallade for his profession as a knight. Yes, that job usually involves swinging around his swords and defeating bad guys, as well as saving a princess every now and then. However, that is not all it means to be a knight. A knight must also set an example for others, and must behave in a "sophisticated" way as possible.
Now, except for when Gallade is fighting, he tries to live his life with a sense of elegance. He often dawns a green and white suit, complete with a complementary red tie. He makes sure that his hair is brushed and that he looks presentable. And when he is not sparring, he enjoys the relaxed peace that comes with sipping a nice cup of tea.
