Vir has a long history with magic, practising it at an early age, doing freelance work and involving himself with organizations of authority such as the Church and the Paladins. However, despite living the life of a mage, and travelling to various locations within colonized space he sometimes finds himself alone, relaxed. A moment of privacy where he can contemplate, think, or stare into the small eyes of a fire sprite while his thoughts wander through the various complexities of magical life.
