I still struggle with faces, but I think focusing on them with bust pieces like this one should help. I will admit I did cheat a bit I used this image https://wallpaperscraft.com/image/f....._3840x2400.jpg as the basis for Sakura's face in this piece, I changed it up a bit to give her a more feminine look.
