Let us start with the deviants:
Warlord Pingas: a large brutish apelike fellow, he leads from the front and other simmilarly simple and brutish people follow his lead. He retains most of our glutinous sloth, but none of the intelligence. I have however witnessed him punch through steel.

Uvo: Like myself he remembers our death, however while I've resolved to be a better ruler... he however has taken the lession that he must avoid death at all costs. To this end he has abandoned glorious science for the mystic mumbo jumbo of Mammoth Mogul, and the Nagus twins. Along with other strange things. Like myself he's obsessed with his health. I'd be a fool to discount his talent with that hokus crap, even if it is only things science does not yet understand.

Variants, while not as off template as myself and the other deviants varients as we call them are still their own unique people

Egg Emperor: Standing tall EE is one of the most powerful adversaries we face, a master of robotics like all of us unlike the other (other than myself) he has continued to tinker with, and improve badnik designs resulting a powerful series of both metal units and all new badniks. He is also the most agressive and takes delight in hand to hand combat. It is he and Pingas that made me want to learn self defense.

The Symposium: an elected body obsessedc with furthering all scientific fields and research. They take little interest in our civil war and I do not know much about them other than they always seem a step ahead of the rest technologically and have a working robotizer. Thank god and gears we robotiks are all immune to it, as robotnik was once robotized and derobotized, having immunity like some mobians do.

Green Egg: To say Green likes nature would be a lie... to say he dominates it like his bitch would be much more accurate. He developed a love of biology and botany, resulting in some terrifying chimeras and plantlike monsters.

Templates: there are a smattering of others and each looks and acts exactly like some past version of our dearly departed "former self"

others may arise, but have yet to rear their ugly mustaches.

jinx: how would you say a fluffy yet vicious army of weremobians (ala werehog but with respective species) I enslaved would do against an army of robians?

Iva: that depends entirely on the terrain and the commander of both hordes. Robians are cold and logical, quite effeccent too but require a leader with sufficent spine and tactical skill. Were-creatures would have the advantage in wooded or craggy terrain, but from what I've seen can have cunning but not tactical brilliance. Again it depends on the commander.
If we were talking sheer long term viability Robians never tire, they never stop, and as long as there's a robotizer there will eventually be wererobians.
I'm sure you can see the outcome... if the commander isn't an idiot like snivly was.
