After the power vacuum left by both the Mayor and Assisant Mayor being jailed, an emergency election is being held for a new mayor (and Lionheart is working to get out on appeal). A leading candidate is Ronald Rump, a ram who advocates the registration, tracking, and control of all predator species in Zootopia (possibly using some kind of collar)
