The fluidity of the movement is nice. It really shows a sense of balance as well despite it all.

Glad it works, with those tiny paws, this guy is a real pain to draw standing on 2 feet.

True, but such is the cost of the artistic style you've implemented for him.
It makes it hard to notice, but this is a rough draft; Refinement can add the details otherwise overlooked later.

Shoulda had something pop in from the right side suddenly going "AND IT'S GOOD" and the main character gets spooked.

Very nice. If i may suggest 1 or two extra frames of the throwing arm, where the chest and throwing elbow moves forward while the hand and ball slacks the opposite direction. This will give you a more WHIP-like motion to the throw.

Was totally expecting a ball to hit them in the back of the head while they were watching the other one... The sound of a rubber dodgeball hitting someone just right is magical... xD

So cool!

i love the snap in your timing/spacing. :)

*insert not-an-artist disclaimer* It seems oddly timed. The beginning looks good, then there's that pause that doesn't seem like it should be there(or at least, is longer than it should be), then it finishes a bit sluggishly.

(side-note from a baseball player: there should be more lead-in to the throw. Generally, the whole torso moves forward a bit before the arm snaps forward. A bit of weightiness can add a lot of flow)
