No, Irvin was running brothels for teammates and enabling them to smoke all kinds of illegal things. He's a different man now but there are things he's not proud of. They're not really heroes in any sense and many of them tried to get away with as much as possible, but if you knew the police would never prosecute you, I bet you wouldn't keep your nose clean, either.

Yeah, they're not perfect, they had a dark side, and anyone who looks to sports stars as a role model is a fool, but the facade they showed people was brilliant.

But for all their faults, they played a mean game of football and I salute them for that. They won three Super Bowls in the span of four years, that's dominance.
