This 'chilled' out individual is Toma, or as some may call him 'Permafrost' as a nickname. The older cousin of Tommy by a year, he is quite the opposite of said bun's timid nature, but mostly keeps to himself a lot and usually speaks when spoken to.....or will just give you the cold shoulder....which isn't very n'ice'.....
