Every time I go to a con, I find plenty of artists whose style I absolutely love. For RMFC 2014, one of my favorites in the Dealers' Den was  foxglove15. I saw a badge on her table very similar to the one you see here, and decided I wanted one in that same style. This is one of my favorite badges, regardless of character. I can't say enough good things about how it turned out.
