She's basically a robot that responds to female prefix like "she".
When she was made as an attack drone, the war was over before the prototype design finished so her radar segment was still kept and had her design used as the head of a regular domestic droid.
Since AI are pretty neat during her time, she would recognize when non-robots would say "I remember how robots were destroying homes and nature". She would then make a snarky eye through her display and went "I can bring you back to that time if you want to" then get beaten as she is programmed to constantly forget that she's not made for any type of combat, dramatically increasing her repair costs because the engineers thought it was funny.
