If I make a ref for this guy, then yea I'll probably post everything about him along with it. But I guess I can tell you that part of his story.
So in the world he lives in, things aren't that great. Corrupt government and such. The biggest group that opposes it are known as Pokeslayers. They are a bunch of loosely connected pokemon who have had multiple traumatic or life changing experiences giving then very malicious attitudes and intentions. They are all murderers who all have their own way of killing and are all incredibly powerful. This guy here is one of them and I can go on about his particular case for a while. He's a glutton, massive in size and girth, and looks only to increase his power and size by any means. He LOVES eating other pokemon, especially is they are still alive both because his obvious eating obsession and, at least to him, showing his absolute dominance over them. He also feels that by eating them, he is adding them and their strength to his.
That symbol on his belly is the Pokeslayer symbol, each one puts it on a certain part of their body, usually one that has importance to them.
I can tell you how he got his belly mouth, why he's the way he is, and what he will become, but that we will be here all day XD
