Markus here is a character from a superhero game based on the Wild Card books by George RR Martin. Markus was a German mercenary in the 80's, when he was exposed to the Wild Card virus. He drew a Joker, and was turned into the creature he is now. Unlike a lot of Jokers, Markus actually likes the new him. He moved to Jokertown in New York City, and serves as a fierce protector of the neighborhood.

While he does not regenerate damage, the virus does keep him from aging. He hasn't aged a day since the mid 80's.
