Made for Dyoxys on dA because they ship Perceptor/Shockwave and this guy is such a cutie-toots!

Some info!
- Scope was actually a experiment by Shockwave to try and recreate a spark from his own! However when he died in Unicron's attack the experiment was left unfinished. Until Perceptor found it and it proceeded to copy information/energy off his spark to finish itself. Unwilling to kill the newspark and knowing it part of him now too Perceptor opted to take it in and raise it.
- Is a bit of a 'bundle of anxiety', can't really stand rooms with more than 3 people in.
- Has a very logical thought pattern but can often let his emotions take over without even realizing it.
- Locks himself away in his room a lot and is very solitary.
- He's "morally objectionable" in that for example he's suggest humanity deals with overpopulation by making human experimentation legal to give the 'surplus some use'. Things like that.
- Has the doki's for Rupture. They're both just huge nerds who are socially awkward so it's even awkward for other people.
