BAH! Plasma wouldn't have energy arching like that, if that was plasma, it would explode if there was plasma all over it like that.

The energy arcs are for containment of the blast, and are not plasma themselves.

No no, the thing is, it wouldn't need it.. The only thing I could see the arcs for would be to fire iron.. A Hyprid, as it pases through the iron is striped of all electrons making it Ironized Plasma. Right now, the energy field isn't needed if its a beam weapon.. Seeing as the only two other things I can think of it could use a laser to create an ionization channel for plasma to be channeled down or or with the laser induced plasma tunnel could carry one helluva electric charge but thats not exactly plasma, per say.

Well, this is just a silly sci-fi gun designed to shoot unstable energized matter. Any relation to actual plasma is tenuous at best. :)

Plasma = <3 though overloads to easally (for anyone except tau and eldar i belive), melta would be a better choice most the time. ;P

I'm huming again "Short dick man":D My assault group uses flamers and meltas (good for cleaning the covers or hitting all the group and then say "I assign cookgun's shot to your special character>:D"), but 12'' of melta are too shot and my normal shooters (Imperial Guard's veterans) risk their lives using plasma:)

Heheh, yeah, I play Black Dragons, so I mainly use flamers and Melta's and give my sergents an such plasma pistols. :P
