Made him in CO (just to create for fun) but drawn by you, did you?

As for his powers... look like he can have electric powers, have a weapon that summon electric powers, or have a normal non-power weapon.

How about regeneration? Simple yet practical. Other powers...well he has a gladiator look, maybe he can materialise certain weapons and use them?
