Those look like a bunch of ETC Source 4 spotlights hung up on that platform!

I think they did have spotlights up there, not sure what for though. The area was way too small to hold a show, I'm guessing they are for when it gets dark early in winter^^

The insides are cool, but I don't think that the outside blends with the landscape too much

Your right thar. From the outside it is a huge eyesore, but its situated in a valley so that conceals it a bit.
