Yeah, I also noted the texturing really helps folks when gluing fur down. It's actually probably more beneficial for folks to have the texturing, but for me personally I like to work with a flat base to build off of either hand painting scales or hand sculpting them....'cause I'm crazy. That just means I need to snatch a bunch of these up! Muahahaha.
