Ilian have that sexy tattoos becouse he was part of a gang when he was young and stupid (?)
Was... a short time anyway... After that, with some help of his father, he became a Police officer.
Ilian is an... "old" character, i desing him 3~4 years ago but i'd never desinged his tattoos, untill now!
