Alan shut the door to his office and locked it after one of his sessions with a client of his. It was finally break time. Thirty minutes to himself. He prepped early this time and brought a lunch into the office with him so he wouldn't have to deal with that damn fox stealing his food another day. He reached in to the brown paper bag and found a little sticky note, written in the handwriting of a certain shep back home, "Couldn't find the tuna! Hope you don't mind a PB and J sandwich! Love ya!"
Alan smiled softly and pulled out the sandwich made specially for him, nomming it slowly to savor the taste.

He looked at the clock after finishing up lunch and noticed there was fifteen more minutes left for his break time. He unties his tie and let's it hang around his neck, then he unbottons the first few top buttons on his white shirt to give his chest some well needed air. The wusky kicked his feet up and placed his arms behind his head, arms flexing and straining against his shirt...he closed his eyes and let out a sigh of content, his body relaxing in the quiet office~
