I love playing support too! I do play Mercy alot and enjoy her, but I prefer the shooting since playing support can get disheartening for me pretty fast (you die alot!)
But aaaaaaaah I love Mei so much, both design wise and gameplay wise she is my favorite by faaaaar, though Soldier comes in a decently close second (he's nice and simple :) )
