I wonder if one day the art world might look at some of the better examples of this "Furry" art genre as a form of impressionism? I really like this image because it has a sort of "Liveliness" to it in the "Brushwork" and the figure seems properly proportioned and "Natural" looking. The folds on the fabric of the Poncho also adds a bit of a realistic touch.

Ahaaa! I saw this roll through my Twitter feed but had no idea who did it. I must say that I'm floored by the depth and beauty that can be communicated with rough strokes, if that's what one could call it. I found this piece especially striking. I love the way that wrap works on him.
