Wait...so two guys who were wearing a suit, became a horse, one of the guys merging to be the torso and now dosent exists while the other guy is a horse mentally, and now that guy is being turned to a suit making him obsolete as well going back to point A ?

There's no particular reason to believe in a TF that the guy in one half of a costume ceased to exist any more than the other half; even if there was only one guy in the costume, there'd still be only a horse remaining afterwards. The costume overrode both of them basically equally in the depiction.
If this sequence ended up as 4 person merging into a horse (including the 2 person becoming the now single horse costume)... That would be mind blowing! I did read before a story regarding 4 person merging into a single cow via latex costume... Each person enter the costume separately one after another, after the earlier person is already merged. But i cant remember where i read it.
There are a few classic cartoons of one-person horse suits with hilarious consequences. Such as 120-proof horse liniment falling into the feedbag, or even a beehive, Then there's the clumsy milk wagon horse leaping into a hay loft to emerge riding a rocking chair in a union suit with the butt flap open. Hooves later geting stuck in a bucket.
