The spell arced from the magister's hands, and struck Otto’s manacles.

The metal fizzed and the chains were broken off. Otto stood up, but noticed that the minotaurs sorrounding him were exchanging haughty looks, some chuckling to themselves. Then he felt a pang of pain race through his arms and chest. With the scent of energy in the air, he realized that the spell had moved from his bonds to his body. He gasped, as he felt his body swelling with muscle and strength, horns growing from his changing head.

The magister snorted at Otto’s shock, “You didn’t think the crowds wanted a human gladiator, did you?”

This was the example for last month's sketch for $15 tier backers on patreon.
The style was simple; busts done in limited pallet: white and black ona tan background.
It led to some interesting results! Otto here is a little less than thrilled to be the posterchild, but he'll get over it. Probably.
