Completely guilty of something similar for my Pathfinder tabletop for both Fratley and Freya as undersized ratfolk. Both inspired characters turned into almost completely different characters in their own right with appropriate attire(a year and half long + still running campaign will do that) but their bodily appearances still remain the same. I did give the Freya-equivalent an oversized great sword just to mix things up though.

Same here, I gravitate towards halberds and the like - I didn't really care for my halberd in 3, but the glaive kicks miles of ass imo. Late game ones you can make / find are great too. I haven't gotten there yet though with this particular character.

i've been using the dancer twinblades, mostly. because with enough stamina you can just spin forever.

I've been using the, -snaps fingers- cathedral ultra greatsword (with a hollow infusion) that I buff with crystal magic weapon, Heh
I had a lot of fun with the dual sell-sword scimitars (with a sharp infusion) before hand.

There's a lot of really great sets in this game! I'm trying hard to find them all and buy them all, just so I can play fashion souls hardcore.

I think I like the middle one the most, haha, i didn't play DkS2 very much and never beat it. I'm a sucker for sallet helmets though, and I remember I really liked the look of the knights from that one area.

oh yeah that was one of my favorite sets in the game. shame it hasn't made a reappearance yet, though. :(

Yeah I'm rocking that on another character haha. I'm probably going to use Leonhart's coat after his questline on this char.

I've been rocking the Firelink Leggings, Firelink gloves, Artorias Top (Its Artorias's top, not the "Wolf Knight" dammit >:d ) as well as a buckler and pyro flame in my left hand, and Sunlight Blade (for dmg buff, yay <3) and Dragonslayer Greataxe in my right hand (parry an invader and whip that bad boy out >;D Hello, one shot kills!)

Plus my character has a nice scar covering up his blind eye (they added a bit more stuff to the customization menu :o)
