...because someone said I'm now such a hippy I could no longer draw such a thing. Well I did. So there. Foxes win.
I'm not sure if I got the SA80 right. I drew it entirely from memory since I couldn't be bothered to find a photograph. Funny how my arms still remember how to hold and operate the thing... but then, I did love those guns whilst I was in cadets - I mean, how cool does it look? Even for an implement of death! Lovely weapon. I had a chance to handle M16's and AK47's... they just didn't compare. Even if they are more reliable. z: )

hmm interesting looks like the australian bullpup magazine behind, i did one for a commision by name of samoyied, a samoyed (his character i usually only like drawing wolves) dog named Ivan i have him hanging on a wire in a gorge aiming this mamouth 20mm rifle with a scope, tell me what you think, you are the first person i've seen to do a canid using a unique weapon! :D

The SA80 is the British Army's standard assault rifle, it's name is short for "Small Arms for the 1980's." It's an accurate and comfortable rifle - it just doesn't react well to harsh environmental treament or conditions.

By hippy in this context I'm just basically these days I'm all long haired and nice and theoretically peace loving and all of that.
Some free love would be nice too, but prospects aren't too hot in that regard. z: )
I don't particularly despise guns as really, they're just tools designed for sadly necessary purposes - even if they're often abused. In the meantime, I can always admire the aesthetics of the things.
