Very nice looking pose fluffy doggy...horses make pretty decent models for pieces like this, especially when they have long manes and tails like this. I have used reference photos in pretty well every picture I have drawn but am starting a new phase of my artwork life where I am going to try and break old habits.

This horse in particular turns me very on, since he's black arabian one (I have a thing for africans), and yes, the mane and tail are very flamboyant and beautifull. I'm also trying to break old habits, like using colors and lights. Looking forward to see your new works.
