This is a big pik I have been working on for ages. Mainly because I get distracted, and woork alot, but, it's finaly finished.
Staring Vep and Blake, its a huge scene where they plan to ambush a base, via cover of night. Vep, armed with the usual Glock18C and MP5A5, with flash light, and Blake, armed with a Pariot / M4, they are ready to take on anything.
The background has a huge coast line, with a siluette city behind the setting sun. The base, with plenty on detail, hidden by dense woods. And the clife top, littered with eroded stones and rocks, where our two players stand.
Enjoy.

There comes one more sign of life from Phil, and then it's such a good one!! Really, you have done great on this, if I always were not that lazy about backgrounds T_T
The landscape looks so whole, and the night watch and all the atmosphere is wonderful. I really like the sky and the lightening on the horizon. And that base looks awesome too. The trees look very good as well, would you like to tell me the method you used? =3
Really good work, dude!

Thanks a bunch buddy! And yes, I am trying very hard ta bring more work out, its just that big question of what ta draw.
As for the method I used, just a alot of help from the textures on Photoshop, and KTP ta do the sky for me, other than that its just gud old fashioned know how!

thats the problem, not to sound rude or anything but i am a gun nut and for that particular gun the stock contains the buffer tube that the bolt of the gun travels in when fired, without the tube sticking out the back there is no where for the bolt to go. sorry im really touchy about guns
No no! Please be! I am also a firearm enthusiast, so critique like this is great! When I designed the rifle, I was basing it on either the M4, but also the Patriot which was inspired from Metal Gear Solid 3. The gun resembled an M4/M16 style, but used a drum 'infinite' mag, and had a short stock similar to the one I have drawn. It was named 'Patriot'. I can either assume that it had a shorter stock and firing system, or the weapon was fictional!
ok, here is a gun that looks to be very similar to what you drew except it still has the buffer tube http://jsgunparts.com/store/images/.....23p%5B1%5D.jpg hope this helps with any future drawings
