History: The Delloy family are pretty well known for their ability with metal. Clifford Delloy, an Empoleon, is known for his innovative creations in the plastics extrusion tooling business. His wife Jasper, a Mawile, is practically famous for her creative artworks in the skulpture department. The Delloy family wanted nothing more in the world than to have a child and would have their dreams filled, crushed, and then filled once again with Fenstra's peculiar birth. She was a stillborn, dying even before she had the chance to take her first breath. Her will to live surpassed the lack of ability and she was born once again about an hour after delivery. The doctors were confused but the Delloy's were overjoyed about it. It may have been a fluke Duskull, but it was their fluke Duskull. She retained almost all of the qualities of a Mawile, including a full second mouth equipped with steel teeth. Just before her enrolling at the PCA her second mouth died and wilted off. She kept all of the teeth from her lost appendage and strung them together into a wallet chain. She often uses these steel teeth to act as a nail whenever she curses an opponent. She made it into PCA the old fashioned way, legal gardian signing, paid the tuition, passed all the entry exams, all the jazz.

Personality: Friendly and always wanting to try new things. She's a bit of a loremaster and knows a whole lot of stories that she loves to tell and likes to try and collect more. She has a tendency to scare people off by accident, comes with the ghost territory.
Talent: Photographic memory, can read or hear information and retain it very quickly.
Residence: Still lives with her parents in suburban Viridian.
Fighting style: Most of her tactics involve taking down the target slowly and steadily. She will try and keep her distance and often pain splits to keep her at the advantage
