And here's my version of Megavolt. In this instance he created a suit lined with filaments under the fabric that would intensify his ability to use electricity and store it, as well. Now he doesn't have to carry that battery backpack around! Well, lemme know what you think.

there are a good deal of fans on here of darkwing Duck (thus DWverse). most any time you do a browse for "avian, other", you'll end up with some sort of Darkwing update, usually making the cast more anthro, sexier, skinnier, and giving ol negs the attitude of an S and M master. "Spug" (the name I originally knew the artist by) did this kind of take on the characters, Jacking up Quackerjack's personality to match the Jack Nicholson version of the Joker, making negs himself into the usual Badass bigbad with brains, etc...
yours is the first version of Megavolt I've seen that has a (pardon the pun) Voltage regulator on him.
a lot of people have done the same thing I have and precieved Darkwing and his universe to be a childish parody on Batman and his trademark villans (with a little 007 thrown in for contrast). since Batsy's gone Darker and Edgier (even in the original quadrology), DW had to follow suit. the only fly in the ointment is Launchpad McQuack, the connecter to the disneyverse.
