"I'm tellin' ya, Xell! There's a ghost following me around!" Kurtis groaned as he flopped down onto a chair. "I saw it with my own eyes!"

"And you didn't cry or anything?" Xell replied.

The Raichu glared at his friend. "Didn't you hear that scream last Wednesday night?" he said. "The bastard scared me shitless! I haven't slept since!"

"Come now, Squeaks..." a voiced echoed, seemingly from nowhere. "Life's no fun without a good scare..."

"AAUUUUGGGGHHHHHH!!!" Kurtis screamed, jumping into the air before clinging to Xell and trembling like a terrified schoolgirl.

"So there is a ghost." the Gallade said calmly, sensing a member of the nonliving floating where his friend once stood. "...Sweet."

Random submission for  kanjoumagnetschool. Featuring Mocky the Mismagius and Kurtis "Squeaks" Chu the ghost-phobic Raichu.

Kurtis is absolutely terrified of ghosts. Unfortunately for him, Mocky haunts his dorm room. But Mocky's not evil like Kurtis thinks; The Mismagius is just a friendly and somewhat goofy ghost kid looking for fun and the occasional mortal to mess with. Mocky also attends the KMS.

The Gallade mentioned in that little blurb up there is Kurtis' friend, Xell Psychonis. He comes from a family of mediums, exorcists, and other professions that involve communicating and interacting both with good and evil spirits. He's very interested in ghosts, in contrast to his friend. Kurtis often begs him to "do something to get rid of the creepy ghost," but There's nothing Xell can do about it; Mocky is in the happily in the world of the living, and technically nothing is preventing him from joining the other ghosts in their little realm.
