This font is supposed to approximate a modern informal style of calligraphy, reminiscent of the typefaces Mondine SF or Odana, or of the dialogue font in the Wild Arms games. It is not exactly like them though, as I slightly modified some forms to be more pleasing while trying not to deviate from the overall brush-style look and feel of the typeface. This is some of my most intricate bitmap font work, and I've spent even more time over the years perfecting this than I have with my cursive font. There always seems to be room for improvement somehow.
BACKGROUND: I used to have a much more active hobby of designing bitmap fonts. Little (usually 8x8px monospace) fonts designed for use in older 8-bit and sometimes 16-bit video games. It was kinda fun to hack ROMs to change the text fonts. Later, when Final Fantasy VI font became readily editable in 11px high proportional typeface, I started designing proportional fonts too. Nearly all my designs are revised in subtle ways over the years.
