First off I admitt that they are very similar and it's even creepy how close they are.
But I don't trace.
If you look at the REST of my gallery you'll see that I'm very consistant in style and stroke.
Hell I didn't even use a pose reference, nor have I ever even VISITED that artist till you sent me the link.
You are sorely mistaken.
I have always been on of the loudest opposers of art theft and NEVER. EVER. is it right.
Besides tracing would entale that the images are duplicates. Even besides the fact the poses are flipped the actual leg angles and body angles and head angles and... well hell almost everything are completely different.
In the details NONE of it is the same.

I overlayed them without rescaling, you had to have referenced this with some kinda intensity.
The bottom leg and position of the smaller character are almost too weird.

The only thing worse than art thieves are people WHO DIDN'T EVEN DRAW THE ORIGINAL THEMSELVES trolling around and reporting pictures just because they had a similar pose to another picture...
