Guess what arrived at my doorstep last week. ;)
I just had to try it on immediately and pose a bit, and it is so much fun! I need a lot of practice in it (and I can't see for shit) but I am really excited to debut my fursuit at FWA 2009!

I don't know what McGoos are, but if you have big boobs AND mcgoo's, then I'm pretty sure that will be interesting to say the least. ^^
And I can't guarantee I'll be able to keep my paws from tracking down those big boobs and squeezing while in suit >,> *ish a boob man...tiger...thing* But I'll try to contain myself.

Well, it's certainly more of a hassle than just waking up and putting glasses on your face. But really, an extra 2 minutes in front of the mirror putting them in is no biggie once you get used to it. :)
Just make sure you get the right prescription. I got some a while ago and they sucked so bad. They were irritating and things were kinda blurry. The brand I had before those was great, but I have just worn glasses for the last 3 years because I can see better with them than the last contacts I got.
But contacts really are great if you get the right ones. That way all the times you have to take your glasses off (shower, swimming, physical sports, fursuiting, etc) you can still see well. :) And (in many people's opinions) you look better! :P

Heh. Cool. Well, I guess I'll have to ask about that next time I visit the eye doctor. Thanks for the info. I'll look into it. :)
Though, I had tried to put some of my old glasses inside my fursuit head and taped them onto the eyes inside. Took them out of the frames to do that. It helped, but quickly fogged up within two minutes. So, that didn't work. XP

Depends on what you want. My extended partial was 1380. Full suits are 2000 (yikes!) and basic partials (paws and head) are something like 1250.
Yeah, it's expensive. But if you're going to get something that's going to be expensive no matter what, you might as well opt for quality. :)

Very nice suit. You probably don't remember me though, I used to frequent the Furrie Haven forums before I fell off the face of the internet a few times and lost touch with like everyone forever, I'll be at FWA myself so I'll probably see ya while wandering around and say hi :D
