The Denied... cursed creatures born from the fragmented remains of space/time continuum shattered by the chains of Fate broken by Mew and Mewtwo.

Yet, there is one Denied that was not born like the others... one which wield terrible powers unheard of anywhere...

This character was used as a villain in a Pokemon-based RP I once did. I seeked to make something that would seem angelic yet incredibly twisted at the same time. I think I succeeded.
