This is a request from PieCreature (on Deviantart) of his characters Li-Li and Thornbeast's (also from Deviantart) character Tinks having a total blast at what I can only presume is their favorite hangout spot (that being the down town rave of course). Anyway this was a total challenge that I just couldn't refuse, and after the horrible interruption (that being the flood) keeping me up on this one, I managed to finish 'er up finally.
