You might enjoy reading some sites like musictheory.net. This message is about key modulation (good information, but I somewhat disagree with it.)
Arch form isn't really limited to the circle of fifths, but if you assign a letter to each section of a piece, its basically:
ABCBA or ABCDCBA etc etc
Kind of like an arch!
I said this was kind of like arch form because the form mirrors itself halfway! (When you reach the C in the middle)
