I'm thinking about developing the Bear Wizard concept into a comic, but I want to incorporate other types of animals.
While learning of Shinto in my comparative Religions class, which I highly recommend, I though how cool it would be to have a Wizard that hailed from Japan, and I remembered the Japanese Raccoon Dogs or Tanuki. I also realized just how much Studio Ghibili Films are influenced by Shinto. So one thing lead to another, and here is the Japanese Raccoon Dog Wizard.
