Just the big red lightbulbs to be exact. They are used pretty much like a floodlights, only in IR. Will pretty much fry or jam any sensitive equpment that is pointed at them - pretty high power. Yet you cannot see the light at the normal conditions, only on camera or photo. Or, if they are improperly used, i.e. overheated.
